quick morning

helping with a yardsale today. hoping things will go really well. so instead of a-team boot camp with amy bento i shortened up with tony horton's ten minute trainer from beachbody. i of course did the warm up, upper body, total body one and stretched on my own. the trainer uses a resistance band and door attachment. he uses it throughout the upper body but only the band for the total body. ten moves in ten minutes so rest and you move really fast between exercises. sometimes it gets hard to keep up but strong focus will make up for those one or two missed reps! i was lucky to get this for less then the full price from another fitness buddy. so i don't have the "official"bands nor do i have the waist attachment he uses in the cardio but its all good. i modify well and i have my own door attachment to do the upper body routines like chest press and back flyes. its a great workout in a short amount of time but i wouldn't pay the ridiculous price beachbody is charging. if you can get cheaper(usually without the bands) then i say go for it b/c its worth it to have the best tough little workouts to fit a busy life.

off to yardsale!
