to recap wed. i did namaste yoga episode. i recorded a few of these off fittv. i like the short practice but it keeps flowing and moving. thurs. i did all about legs stability ball. i don't agree many reviews of this workout. i think its great for leg strength done in short amount of time. i wish i had time thursday for more but i have been going to work early all week. with exams going we didn't serve lunch so i spent my shift doing LOTS of cleaning. i am counting that as exercise b/c i work with lazy ppl and that made cleaning that much harder but i got it all done!!!! its not the greatest job to work in a high school cafeteria but its my job, somebody has to do it, and do it the best i can. the up side is that i am always moving for those four hours so that burns bukko calories. i will be back in shape in no time if i keep up my pace at work.
friday i didn't do anything just enjoyed some morning time with coffee. its usually yoga day but i will cut myself some slack. one day missed isn't going to kill me.
on some other issues, i had to talk about some tough stuff in therapy and i think that causes me alot of issues in other areas of life. to keep on topic for my blog i think it also effects my eating and body image as well. i am a major emotional eater happy, sad, angry, bored etc i eat and i usually crave certain foods for certain emotions and none of them want a nice salad LOL. but now that these issues are on the table and i am being shown how to deal with them it might help my look at food but also how to not sabotage myself. i need to know i deserve to be strong and healthy and not dumpy and weak. i tend to sabotage myself alot for no real good reasons other then guilt and thoughts of "who cares". well i should care b/c exercise makes me happy. i could even see myself with a career in it if i gave myself half the credit others give me. need to work on it and as things progress we will see how it pans out.
until then its saturday had a nice breakfast and i have a strength workout to do. yes i admit i had pancake todays but a short stack with an egg on the side. and instead of syrup i put peaches on top. i admit to also buying some canned fruits but nothing with sugar added or heavy syrup. it actually turned out good b/c peaches provide the same sweetness for the pancakes but also some vitamin a and c unlike the sugary syrup(even Lite brands have hearty amount of sugar).i still got sugar in the fruit but its fruit sugar and i kept to the recommended serving of fruit. just letting food digest and having some coffee and i am fine with that. i need a hearty breakfast to do well with a strength workout, as one guy said to me in a gym, work with the food not against it LOL.
