NOW FOR THE AMBITIOUS WEEK AHEAD!

today-planning on some yoga but probably late evening

mon-morning yoga and 15-30 min upper body(light)with wii coach, afternoon short but heavy upper body weights at the ymca prob some kbells mixed in too

tues-1/2 amy's hi-lo knockout maybe the abs too and short cardio in the afternoon

weds-wii coach either upper body or cardio and kbells, afternoon hitting the machines at the y with heavy lower body(b/c it just works better on the machines) and lighter-moderate upper body

thurs-any step workout

fri-wii coach and kbell morning, heavy weights in the afternoon mostly upper body

sat-any kickboxing workout hoping to try the turbo jams a friend gave me.

the plan with the y right now is weds hitting the machines. while i will work total body i will have more heavy focus on the legs so it would a leg day! while mon and fri i will focus heavy on upper body but do get plenty of lower body mixed with the kbells and the cardio. doing lots of ready since i am a pear endomorph one heavy leg day would suffice and the rest of my leg work come from pylometrics and lower body intense cardio and pleny of it. while my upper body will be heavy for size and strength and the moderate for more "sculpt and tone". i haven't set an exact routine for the heavy stuff yet but the machines are basically whats there whereas the free weights i have lots of options! going through all my magazine pullouts and workouts i found online to come up with what i want to focus on in the gym which is mostly chest/back/shoulders since those are the areas that need lots of heavy work to build on while bi/tri i can work on with wii coach at home and have been hitting pretty heavy with 12 and 15 lbers at home.

long post but will try to keep up during the week at least every other day!
