i was "whining" to my friend on how much i work out but doesn't seem i do much for my abs. he suggested keep high reps some weight and work them more. some would say "hey you can't spot train" and of course i threw that at him too. he said true BUT working a muscles strength and making that area dense will HELP burn fat in that area when you do your cardio. so its a course i am thinking of taking when i start body for life modified in the next two weeks. i am thinking of starting some now but will really refine the rotation when i do body for life.
i want to try to see for myself and to me in a way it makes sense. i work my legs and arms and maybe don't give my abs the same attention to other areas of my body. i do have some work on my legs to do mainly i think that is a major diet factor but the shape is good. its the round in the abs i am not loving to much.
another trial and error.
